The Company actively seeks to enhance the value of its assets by its promotion, and improvements whether to physical, use, occupation and/or centrality aspects. The company's basic management competence are thus capitalised and more competitive and/or profitable products are achieved.
Reyal Urbis has assets which include, in addition to offices and shopping centres, commercial premises, logistics warehouses, old people's homes and hotels, eight of which are operational and three are under construction, managed under the Rafael Hotels brand.
Located primarily in Madrid, Reyal Urbis assets include high-profile buildings and some of the principal shopping centres in the capital.
